As clinical education lead, you’ll develop and deliver induction, education and training programmed across their care team, to help them enhance their competences, develop their skills and continue to improve their evidence-based practice.  You’ll also play a key role in researching new best practice developments, helping them to build innovative and pioneering services that address unmet needs within the community.
