Registered Nurse – Scotland

Searching for an opportunity to make a real difference? This may just be the role you're looking for.

Our friendly team are looking for Registered Nurses to join them in locations across Scotland, as they provide high quality nursing care to the residents of our 26 care homes specialising in elderly and specialist adult care.

Bringing your previous experience in delivering tailored care with you, you will be warmly welcomed and will receive ongoing investment in your development from day one.

You will seize the opportunity to lead the team as they support residents with their person centred care, gaining invaluable clinical experience alongside a sense of really adding value to the lives of the people you provide care for. Your day to day will involve the management of continuous assessments, planning and evaluating residents needs whilst coaching your team members and role modelling best practice.

As driven to deliver a high level of customer experience as you are high levels of care, you understand that it's the little things that matter. And that professional focus will drive you to make care mean more for our residents, every single day.

You can expect to enjoy the usual benefits of working in an organisation that values its people, including:

  • Investment in your ongoing professional development, including a mentorship scheme
  • Additional clinical skills training
  • Nurse refer a friend bonus scheme
  • Offer to pay Tier 2 visa application for eligible nurses
  • Hourly overtime rates available
  • Company pension and sick pay scheme

Meallmore has over 30 years’ experience in providing exceptional standards of quality care and now offers support in 26 care homes across Scotland. Over the years, we have been regularly recognised at national caring awards for our work in improving the lives of the elderly and vulnerable.

Today, tomorrow and the next 30 years, our mission will remain the same – to consistently be a great place to live and a great place to work. Join us, as we work to make care mean more, and you will enjoy a role in care where you will feel valued from day one.
