Barbados Fertility Centre is looking for an IVF Nurse Manager who is passionate about combining science and spreading the happiness of creating families from a warm, sunny island location.

Barbados Fertility Centre is a busy, accredited clinic helping patients from all over the world to achieve their dream of a family. To fulfil this role, the successful candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role of managing nursing staff while being hands on in the clinical setting. In addition, the candidate must possess excellent in-person and email communication skills and have a strong "patient-focused" approach to their work with ultrasound scanning ability.

Barbados Fertility Centre is the Caribbean’s number one and only JCI accredited IVF clinic and since 2002 has specialize in providing personal, compassionate care with the latest medical techniques and protocols.The clinic offers a full range of assisted reproduction techniques including IVF, ICSI, IUI, laser assisted hatching, testicular biopsy, blastocyst , embryo/egg vitrification and PGT-A/M.
