Job Details
The Lead Bowel Screening Practitioner will bring clinical nursing expertise to the delivery of the Bowel Screening Wales Programme within the Health Boards. They will be a professional resource for participants, their family members and the wider multi-professional team.
The Specialist Screening Practitioner has a pivotal role in promoting, leading, developing and delivering the BSW Programme. An essential element of the role is to provide direction and clinical leadership, working in partnership with the wider Health Board and other organisations to improve standards.
This role will suit a practitioner who is able to practice high levels of autonomy and advocacy. If you would like to join the small and friendly team in YYF and want to demonstrate expert practice and specialist advice in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of participant care, we would welcome your application.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
