LOCATION: Castle Buildings, Stormont Estate, Belfast.

The Department is looking for a highly motivated individual to provide visible and inspiring leadership for nurses, midwives and allied health professionals across all sectors in Northern Ireland at a time of significant change.

Establishing the strategic direction and goals for these professions, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert professional advice and support to the Minister, Permanent Secretary and senior colleagues.

This post offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful and positive difference to people’s lives.

This post may be filled by secondment of the successful candidate from his/her current employer.
