About Nuffield Health Shrewsbury Hospital

Our Shrewsbury hospital is purpose built and well equipped with 30 ensuite bedrooms, 3 operating theatres, an endoscopy suite and a very busy outpatients department which includes physiotherapy and diagnostic imaging.
We offer the most up to date medical treatments combined with a warm welcome and a professional and caring service from our matron-led nursing team.
We also specialise in the areas of orthopaedics, cosmetic surgery and women's health.
We are very proud to have been awarded a 'Good' rating by the CQC.

Working primarily in our Ambulatory Care Unit, you will be joining an agile and highly energised multidisciplinary team where you'll have a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience across a range of specialties and levels of complexity.

Supported by our Clinical Head of Department, you'll have autonomy to utilise your acquired expertise and skills to make decisions that will ensure the delivery of excellent patient care. The work is exciting, varied and challenging, the multiple specialities will enable you to develop new skills and grow. About You

To be considered as a Staff Nurse, you'll be qualified with an appropriate professional body, such as NMC.

You'll possess skills to support the variety of specialties as described above. There is also the opportunity to develop your skills where patients require a higher level of care (level 1). You will have a passion for delivering excellent and individually tailored patient care. Your excellent communications skills will ensure your integration into our multidisciplinary team and you'll possess the proven ability to work autonomously and flexibly.

Salary: Up to £30,750 pro rata dependent on experience plus enhancements

Weekly Hours: Part Time - 22.5
