Location :This is a Corporate role based at LOC (Harley Street) & UCH Private Care

Hours: 37.5 hrs pw ( Mon-Fri)

Salary : C. £45,000 pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)

As a Clinical Case Manager, you will obtain Pre-Authorization for All Complex Cases within the service line prior to admission (Chemotherapy, Radio-therapy, & Bone Marrow Transparent (BMT)) but not limited to these treatments, and ensure the requests meet national standards and contractual requirements.

Working with third party payors to promote the quality and cost effectiveness of patient’s care using clinical acumen, you will participate in the collaboration process, which assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates options and services to meet patient health needs.

Skills Needed

• Registered nurse with NMC Pin
• Extensive post qualification experience working in a hospital
• Desirable have previous exposure to the Private Medical Insurance Industry
• Computer literacy skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate sensitively with people from all cultures and backgrounds; and will have a passion for delivering customer service and a desire to provide an exceptional patient experience. They will be proactive and highly organised as they will be adaptable and able to meet changing working patterns and caseload, working independently as well as within the team.
