About you

Due to our successful business strategy and period of significant growth, we are now looking for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our team.

You will take responsibility for ensuring all clinical and operational commitments to our customers are fulfilled. This includes leadership and management of a team of clinical professionals and end-to-end operational management across multiple facilities.

You must have experience in providing leadership, coaching and management to clinical teams, hold a professional, relevant qualification (NMC/HCPC) and have up-to-date registration. You will have excellent relationship management and communication skills and have a solid understanding of current practice within healthcare.

We deliver the quality and service expectations of our customers, and your operational responsibilities will include: 

  • leadership of defined clinical teams
  • management of all processes between contract start-up and close-down
  • providing an effective channel of communication between the senior management team and the clinical team

You must be comfortable with and able to travel, as this role does require significant UK travel.
