Would you like to work in a forward-thinking institution where values of student experience, customer service, academic quality, value for money and continuous improvement are at the forefront of how we make our decisions? Do you place the student at the heart of all that you do? If your answer is ‘yes’ to these questions, we have a great opportunity for you to experience it all for yourself and to join our Academic Team as a Lecturer (Nursing).

We are looking for two Lecturers to join our PG Nursing programme. In this role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of educational activities, assisting the Senior Lecturer/Programme Manager with the development and promotion of teaching and related research and external engagement activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master’s degree in Nursing, NMC registration as a Registered Adult Nurse as well as significant post registration experience. In addition, you will have proven experience of both online and face to face teaching, and specifically extensive teaching experience on Research Methods in Nursing and Health Care and subject specific experience in one or more of the following areas; Leadership and Management, Simulation Teaching and Learning, Mandatory and clinical skills for nurses and health care professionals. An ability to provide a high quality teaching and learning experience is a must, as is the ability to use online teaching tools. You will also have strong teamwork, collaboration and organisational skills.

In return, you will have a unique opportunity to add real value and shape our teaching provision, while working with a dedicated and friendly team of academic and support colleagues. We also offer you our commitment to training and development, a generous annual leave provision, season ticket loan and our location in Canary Wharf with many transport links for easy access.
