Nuffield Health Newcastle upon Tyne Hospital has been providing outstanding private healthcare to people in the North East for over 40 years. We're constantly investing in our modern hospital, providing first-class medical facilities and demanding exceptional standards of care.
Located in Jesmond; you will be working at one of the North East's leading private hospitals, with a Good CQC rating. We have 27 en-suite private bedrooms, 3 state-of-the-art operating theatres and a dedicated breast care unit. In addition, we offer on-site pathology services and diagnostic imaging including CT and MRI. To help and support patients after surgery we also have on-site physiotherapy specialists.

Here at Newcastle Hospital, our areas of speciality include cosmetic surgery, orthopaedics, male / female health, ophthalmology and weight loss surgery. We also provide a wide range of outpatient services and diagnostic scans.

About You

To be considered as a Staff Nurse - Ward, you'll be qualified with an appropriate professional body, such as NMC.

You'll possess skills to support the variety of specialties as described above. There is also the opportunity to develop your skills where patients require a higher level of care (level 1). You will have a passion for delivering excellent and individually tailored patient care. Your excellent communications skills will ensure your integration into our multidisciplinary team and you'll possess the proven ability to work autonomously and flexibly.

Our Benefits

Salary: Up to £33,500 pro rata dependent on skills and experience plus enhancements
Location: Newcastle Hospital
Contract Type: Permanent
Weekly Hours: Part-Time (25 hours) - however Full-Time and Flexible Working can be considered.

Shift Patterns - 07.00-15.00 and 13.00 - 21.00 and long days
