Are you an experienced PICU or NICU nurse looking for an exciting career opportunity? We are currently looking to recruit dynamic nurses to join our neonatal and paediatric retrieval teams.

We currently have the following career opportunities available:

-Band 8A Advanced Nurse Practitioners

-Band 7 Transport Nurses

-Band 7 Practice Development

-Band 6 ODP

-Band 6 Transport Nurse

PaNDR (Paediatric and Neonatal Decision Support and Retrieval Service) launched in April 2021 and is the neonatal and paediatric retrieval service for the East of England. It amalgamates a well-established neonatal transfer team with a new rapidly expanding paediatric retrieval service. Whilst the neonatal and paediatric teams work within their own speciality teams they also work supportively and collaboratively together. Providing expert critical care to neonates and children up to the age of 16 years with a variety of medical and surgical conditions both at their referring hospital and in the ambulance en-route to a specialist centre.

With plans for a pioneering new Children’s Hospital in development for the East of England and based in Cambridge, this is a perfect time to join our paediatric and neonatal services. 

Professionalism and clinical competence in neonatal or paediatric intensive care are key qualities required. Applicants must be proactive in pursuing a quality service for the neonates and children and families in our care.

Successful applicants will be provided with plenty of opportunities to develop and maintain their clinical, leadership and management skills in highly supportive team structures.

Our Paediatric Practice Development teams will ensure that you receive a full and comprehensive orientation package, professional support and plenty of learning and development opportunities.
