Children and Young Person's Bank Nurse - Brentwood Hospital

We are looking for highly skilled RSCN Paediatric Staff Nurses to join our team working on the Brentwood Hospital Ward, which will include pre-assessment as well as support in other departments from Physiotherapy to Diagnostic Imaging.

You will have a passion for delivering exceptional care to look after children between the ages of 3-16 years during their pre/post-operative stay on the ward and whilst they attend clinics and procedures around the hospital. You will also conduct telephone and face to face pre assessments. We trust our nurses to use their own judgement and knowledge and give them time to care by working autonomously, ensuring that the needs of each patient and their families are understood. Working alongside our Paediatric Lead Nurse you will have the high care standards that come naturally to a talented nurse.

These roles will give you the opportunity to experience a wide range of cases across a variety of specialities and the chance to work with leading practitioners.

In addition to your RSCN registration and experience you will have excellent communication skills and be flexible to work a range of shifts including occasional nights.
