22.5 hours per week

As a Practice Development Nurse at our Oxford Manor Hospital, you're registered with the appropriate governing body. You bring the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC and you hold post-registration experience.

The opportunity

As our Practice Development Nurse you will support the Matron, Governance Lead, and Clinical heads of department in delivering, training and education across the specialties delivered by the hospital.

The person

To succeed as a Practice Development Nurse, you will need:

 

  • Good organisation and communication skills

     

  • Experience and / or qualifications in training, education and mentoring

     

  • ​The ability to identify training needs, design and deliver engaging and evidence based learning opportunities to meet the needs of the clinical areas
