Our Nursing Associates work at the heart of our multidisciplinary teams, sharing a common commitment to maintaining high standards in everything we do, demonstrating that you can work effectively within a team that behaves in accordance with our values. Whilst working under the leadership and direction of a Registered Nurse, Nursing Associates support and deliver the provision of holistic, person-centred care and contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient's needs.
The person:

To succeed as a Nursing Associate, you will:
Have successfully completed the Nursing Associate level 5 qualification such as a Foundation Degree or Level 5 Diploma of Higher Education
Be an active Nursing and Midwifery Council registrant on the Nursing Associate register
Be a highly motivated individual and be an active team player in a multidisciplinary and diverse team
Enjoy working in a clinical environment that is constantly and rapidly changing
Be a professional and caring towards patients, staff and colleagues
Have a flexible approach to both your duties and your hours
Have a commitment to continuing professional development

Salary - Up to £24,000
Hours - Permanent, full-time and part-time hours considered
