Senior Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics / Recovery (RGN/ODP)
*Our Golden Hello bonus of £3,000 available*
Salary - £32,500 - £39,750 per annum (Depending on relevant experience)
Location - Glasgow
Contract Type - Permanent
Weekly Hours - 37.5 hours

As a Senior Theatre Practitioner at our Glasgow Hospital, you're registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. As well as post-registration experience, you bring knowledge of mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures. Ideally, you hold qualifications in teaching and assessment, and management.
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner (RGN/ODP), you will:
Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring
Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues, mentoring them to be the best they can be
Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient's needs
Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care
Provide day-to-day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students
Contribute to scheduling and rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training
