Includes an amazing £4,100 Recruitment & Retention Premia

Up to £8,000 relocation allowance can be accessed, to bring you closer to work, criteria applies.

Only open to all those Nurse Associates who hold a Current UK Registered Nurse Associate Qualification; or due to complete their UK Programme in 2022/2023. Not accepting any overseas applications at this time.

High Secure Services supports Band 4 Nurse Associates to undertake their Registered Nurse Top Up on their Salary.

 

Main duties of the job

We are looking for Band 4 Registered Nurse Associates, to join our dedicated team at Broadmoor High Secure Hospital. This is one of the most challenging but rewarding areas in Forensic mental health nursing.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and emotionally resilient, with a passion and commitment to supporting our patient's physical health needs. You will be working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, caring for patients with a wide range of needs and helping them to find new hope and purpose.

Our care and treatment programmes are underpinned by principles of recovery and social inclusion and much of our work is co-produced with patients. You will help to ensure that the people we care for always have a strong voice.
