ABOUT THE ROLE
As Hospital Clinical Lead at Forest independent mental health hospital in Mansfield, you’ll make sure we always deliver the quality mental health care and support our patients deserve. We’ll look to you to monitor our multidisciplinary teams and directly improve the lives of our patients. You’ll build meaningful professional relationships with patients who have a range of complex and sometimes challenging behaviours because they’re living with conditions such as dementia, Huntington’s or Parkinson’s. Supporting the Hospital Director and deputising for them in their absence, you’ll take pride in seeing the impact your work will have on your hospital’s mental health care provision. Amongst your wide range of responsibilities, we’ll rely on you to lead by example and to support, develop and mentor your clinical team. You’ll be driven by your desire to create an environment in which every patients’ needs are met, and they’re always treated with dignity and respect. As a Hospital Clinical Lead (RMN), you’ll make a real impact on our patients, their families and your team, with plenty of career development opportunities along the way.

ABOUT YOU
To join us as Hospital Clinical Lead, you’ll need to be an ambitious and experienced Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration. We’ll also look for extensive experience of working in a mental health setting, producing care plans and undertaking clinical risk assessments. A compassionate, robust and motivational leader, you’ll be the person your team can go to for knowledge of health and safety, grievance processes, safeguarding investigations and budget management. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to shape and improve mental health care in a fulfilling environment.
