About The Role

An exciting new role has been created for a Registered Nursing Associate working in the expanding world of digital health, training patients and families on medical devices that can support and monitor adherence, thereby optimising treatment outcomes.

You will be the key liaison working closely with paediatric Endocrinology and MS NHS clinical teams supporting new and existing patients and their families diagnosed with Growth Hormone disorders or Multiple Sclerosis.

You will carry out specific delegated tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency providing a person-centred care, promoting health and independence: working as part of a diverse team dedicated to ensuring patients and families receive the best care experience.

About You

You will need to be a qualified Nursing Associate Band 4, registered on the NMC register and living within London or Home Counties with easy access into London.

This is a full time hybrid office / field-based role and as such you will need to have a full UK driving licence. Working with Patients and families in their own homes you will need to be able to build rapport and trust easily, communication will be key, with patients, clinical NHS teams and your Lloyds colleagues. You will also need to possess and demonstrate good IT and digital knowledge with the ability to adopt new skills easily. Most importantly you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the patients conditions and the impacts of these conditions utilising a person centred approach.
