You will be part of a close knit collaborative team who pride themselves in providing the highest standard of care to our patients and their families. Our outpatients team is comprised of experienced nurses and healthcare assistants supported by our welcoming Outpatients Manager, Julia. As well as undertaking basic duties you will function as a clinical practitioner being responsible for the delivery of patient care, managing and organising a work load on a daily basis. All of our work is planned so you will be able to plan your week with ease knowing your work schedule won’t change.

You will liaise with the wider Practice Plus Group medical team to ensure the patient’s treatment is carried out whilst maintaining the principles of patient confidentiality.

About You

Your sound clinical and preoperative knowledge combined with your ability to solve problems and think both literally and laterally will enable you to coach and support others in your team. We encourage sharing of best practice across our site to develop your skills and take advantage of our excellent clinical leadership knowledge.

Our mission here at Practice Plus Group is to deliver access to excellent healthcare, via the NHS and privately. We provide an unrivalled range of services at our hospitals and surgical centres, covering diagnostics, general practice, urgent care, healthcare in secure environments and surgery. And we’re proud to be at the forefront of providing new ways of supporting the nation’s health.

From ear, nose and throat treatments, to foot and ankle surgery, here at Practice Plus Group the secondary care we provide is second to none. The consistently high CQC ratings our hospitals and surgical centres receive bear testimony to that. And our success is all down to the care, skill and commitment shown by our teams across the UK.

Join us to work in partnership with the NHS, delivering scheduled treatments to private and NHS patients. It’s a chance to be part of an agile and innovative healthcare company that’s determined to help our partners introduce new ideas and new ways of working.
