School Health Centre Manager - High Wycombe, Bucks
(Full Time, Term time plus 24 days)
Our client is a full boarding school which provides an outstanding all-round education for girls aged 11 to 18.
They are currently seeking to employ a Health Centre Manager to take overall responsibility for the day to day management of their onsite Health Centre, to ensure that it provides a clinically effective, high-quality service of care to pupils and to manage the School's health and medical services.
The successful candidate will have experience in healthcare management at a similar level, be a qualified RGN/RN with experience of working with children and teenagers.
Duties will include ensuring the Health Centre policies, procedures and practices are full compliant with all legislation, managing the Health Centre Team and budget, the planning and delivery of School nursing interventions throughout the School and working closely with the School GPs to provide care for pupils.
Hours: This is a full-time position, working approximately 48 hours per week during term time plus an additional 24 days during the School holidays.
Start date: Ideally by 27 June 2022
Closing Date: Wednesday 1 June 2022*
