Head of Patient Experience & Quality Improvement

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (some flexibility required)

Location: The Wellington Hospital, St Johns Wood

This is an exciting new and important role and we looking for a skilled, inspiring and dynamic leader to join our team.

The Head of Patient Experience and Quality Improvement will work with senior managers and their teams to  drive the design and delivery of a range of programmes aimed to take patient experience to the next level of excellence, raising the bar to an even higher level of quality and effectiveness.

You will be trained in QI methods, project management, have a proven track record of delivering targeted QI initiatives and will be instrumental in supporting individuals and teams to create a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement.

You will be accountable to the CNO Jan Stevens CBE, who has extensive experience in the successful delivery of high-profile national programmes and therefore will receive the support, guidance and coaching to enable you to develop and grow as a senior improvement leader.
