As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be a key part of our place-based management team providing strategic and clinical leadership alongside excellent team management.

You will manage the day-to-day operations of a number of diverse services. As part of this you will ensure the delivery of high-quality person-centred care and lead the support and development of a diverse workforce. You will ensure strong and positive working relationships with a wide variety of external partners and stakeholders.

You will develop and establish services to meet the needs of local communities, championing the patient voice at the heart of our approach. You will support the development and delivery of our local strategy, working closely with the Head of Operations and Quality and Associate Director.

What we are looking for

  • A Registered Nurse with experience of end of life care.
  • An excellent communicator able to work effectively with patients, families, frontline staff and strategic partners.
  • Commitment to driving forward the quality of end of life experience for everyone.
  • The ability to delivering in a community environment, problem solving effectively to support the patient’s wishes.
  • Excellent track record and commitment to team development and wellbeing, person centred services, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and risk management.
