Then this may be the role for you, we at Rennie Grove have a rare opportunity to join our Bucks Hospice at Home Nursing team as a Hospice at Home Nurse, Senior Hospice at Home Nurse or Clinical Nurse Specialist.

You’ll be providing specialist palliative nursing care to patients and families within their own home so therefore a car and driving licence will be essential.

You’ll need:

  • First level registered General Nurse and for the Clinical Nurse Specialist role you’ll need degree level or modules in palliative or cancer (desirable for Hospice at Home Nurse). Current post registration experience at Band 5 or above carrying out general or specialist nursing care and for the Clinical Nurse Specialist role you will need current post registration experience at Band 6 or above in palliative care, cancer care and/or within the community.

Hours:

30 hours per week (flexibility around hours is available)

Salaries:

Hospice at Home Nurse: Rennie Grove Band 5 £26,828 - £32,309 per annum (pro rata)

Senior Hospice at Home Nurse: Rennie Grove Band 6 £33,033 - £39,808 per annum (pro rata)

Clinical Nurse Specialist: Rennie Grove Band 7 £40,858 - £46,756 per annum (pro rata)
