of our service users with a variety of long-term conditions.

We are looking for a bright, motivated, hard working and enthusiastic Band 5 trained nurse to join our friendly team to work across our service. The successful applicant will have an interest in rheumatology or long term disease management and have the enthusiasm, ability and motivation to develop both themselves and their skills and knowledge in this disease area.

This is with a view to long term progression within the department as well as meeting the ongoing needs of our whole service and our team. Additional hours may also be available.

Good communication and organisational skills along with the desire or proven ability to provide a good standard of care and to prioritise a workload is essential. A willingness to be flexible across the week and adaptable to develop our future service is essential. Motivation and enthusiasm to be trained to undertake new and specialist skills/procedures such as venepuncture/cannulation, supporting patient education/assessment and delivering infusion therapies is also required. Previous experience in infusion therapy, outpatient clinics or long term conditions would be advantageous.
