Responsibilities

At Naomi House & Jacksplace we are embracing the changing world of palliative care for children and young adults and developing new ways of working, so we are looking for a variety of forward-thinking and motivated staff to join the team.

As a registered paediatric nurse you will be a professional role model and ensure the provision of high standards of care to all children, young people and their families accessing our services. You will lead the care team on a daily basis coordinating care across both hospices.

You will have up to date clinical skills, including invasive and non-invasive respiratory support; IV and central line management; and experience of nursing care at end of life.  Good interpersonal skills are also important and a desire to develop your skills in leadership and staff management.

Successful applicants in all roles will be required to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service and be subject to Occupational Health Clearance.

Salary:

Band 6 equivalent £32,000 – £34,000

37.5 hours per week
