Our client is a leading independent day school in Leamington Spa, educating girls aged 3 to 18 and boys aged 3 to 11.
 
They are seeking to appoint a School Nurse to be available to pupils throughout the School, with pupils ranging from between 3 to 18 years of age.  This is five days a week, 0800 - 1600, term time plus one week during the holidays.
 
The key responsibilities of the role will be to:
To assess First Aid matters, taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency and communicating with staff and parents as necessary. 
Look after and treat pupils who are unwell, contacting parents when they need to be sent home, and following administration of medicines.
Upload confidential medical information for pupils on iSAMS, recording treatment given.  Liaise closely with Deputy Head (Pastoral), Head of Prep and Sixth Form
 
The hours of work are 8am - 4pm and the actual salary is £20,983 - £23,082. (FTE Salary is £25,595 - £28,155).
