Oxford | Ward | Permanent Contract | Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Up to £53,000 depending on experience

As a Ward Manager at The Manor Hospital, you will have a real opportunity to drive and deliver growth and continuous improvement. As a leader in this flagship Nuffield Health Hospital, you'll have the opportunity to build the team around your vision of great patient care. You will be a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification. You've already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you're organised, highly motivated and engaged.

As a Ward Manager, you will:

· Manage the day to day running of our ward department

· Lead a team of highly qualified nurses

· Ensure we deliver excellent patient care

· Use your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience
