Your Role at Signature
As our new Clinical Care Training Manager, you'll bring plenty of know-how. This means sharing your expertise, striving for excellence and showing your team the best way to do it.
Working within the Learning and Development department, you’ll be a leading figure in relation to all clinical training initiatives. As well as supporting the head of training with strategic projects, you’ll also work directly with the clinical and care teams within our homes to deliver adequate training and ensure correct development plans.
You’ll develop and coordinate all training initiatives specific to the care and clinical teams including clinical skills/ competencies programme for nurses and care staff, role-specific Induction and career development programmes and systems training relevant to the care/clinical teams.
You’ll be the key person when it comes to ensuring all essential qualifications are up to date, and you’ll be able to present these for audits.
You’ll also support the Head of Training by taking the lead on specific care/clinical staff development programmes such as the Nurse Associate Degree apprenticeship programme.
Signature People
You’ll be a qualified and experienced nurse, with a degree and RGN with an up to date pin. You’ll have an in-depth understanding of health and social care and ideally you’ll be an expert in legislature and essential training within the care industry.
You’ll round out your experience with excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and concurrent projects.
