About your new role

As an independent autonomous Prescribing Clinician, you will be part of our professional and friendly, multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality and timely remote care to people accessing our services via email consultations, phone and video. This includes:

  • Providing remote clinical assessment, diagnosis (where possible), advice, prescription/ treatment and discharge or referral of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed injury/illness, or acute exacerbation of existing conditions
  • Consulting with patients who have had health screening and wish to discuss the results, offering them explanations, advice and onward referral as appropriate
  • Help in the development and evaluation of clinical guidelines, and competency tools to support the clinical team in the delivery of best practice.

You will of course also need to be able to take clinical responsibility for yourself and provide assistance and supervision to other health professionals if needed

We know flexibility is key so you can choose if you would like to work from our offices in Bracknell or remotely from home or a mixture of both if that suits you better. You can also choose the hours that suit you best between 08.00 - 18.00 Mon – Fri. All we ask is that you commit to minimum of 2 x 4 hour sessions a week, up a maximum of 37.5 hours per week.
