Staff Nurse – 12 months fixed term contract
Full time 37.5 hours per week - working 3 long days
£34,414.42 per annum

Blind Veterans UK helps vision-impaired ex-Service men and women of every generation rebuild their lives after sight loss. Since 1915, we’ve provided rehabilitation, training, practical advice and emotional support to tens of thousands of blind veterans.
We are looking to appoint x2 qualified RGN, NMC registered with an active pin number.
In the role you’ll be performing nursing duties and supervising Care Leads and Health Care Assistants to ensure a holistic nursing care service is provided to our members who have various degrees of sight loss and, in some cases, additional disabilities.
Shift Patterns:
For this post, the working pattern will consist of working three long day shifts on a rolling shift roster.
Night duties shifts are on a rota system every four to five months (dependent on staffing this may reduce to two months on occasion) and consist of working three or four 10.5 hours shift each week.
