Job Duties:
Due to increased investment in the service we are looking to recruit one Band 6 nurse as well as one other Band 5 or Band 6 nurse. Agenda for Change Terms and conditions, £1000 welcome payment and relocation packages available.
Would you like to make a real difference to people with learning disabilities and their carers through working in an award-winning community nursing service? If you do this is your chance to be involved with an innovative and progressive nursing service with a range of nursing roles and opportunities for career progression. You will be working within an Adult Disabilities integrated health and social care team and supporting community partners to improve the health of people with disabilities.
Applicants must have knowledge of the requirements and challenges of community nursing and be able to demonstrate transferrable skills from other nursing environments if you have not had community experience. You must have a Nurse qualification with a valid NMC registration.
Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need a Full Driving Licence and access to a car.
