RE-TRAIN WITH US – After the immense success of our 1st cohort Health Partners Training Academy for Remote Case Managers – Cohort #2 launches September 2022
The route into a new career can be tricky; and if you haven't worked in Occupational Health its even tricker; at Health Partners, we have changed this, having successfully re-trained 16 remote case managers, we are ready to do it again!
It’s our ambition to expand the career opportunities of registered healthcare professionals helping you to build the skills and capabilities needed to make a move into remote case management and a career in Occupational Health.

What is “case management”? Put simply, case management is the co-ordination of healthcare-related services on an employer's behalf. Sickness absence, according to the latest research, costs UK businesses £77.5 billion per year, so the need for cost effective absence management services is overwhelming. Health Partners provides expert advice and guidance to some of the UKs most recognisable brands, helping people to be their best whatever their health condition. We do this through our expert remote case manager and occupational health services.

What are we looking for?
If you are an empathic listener with great IT skills, healthcare registration (NMC or HCPC), a qualification in Nursing (including mental health), Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy and have at least two years post registration experience, we want to hear from you. You will work alongside and be fully supported by a team of experienced Occupational Health Advisors; they will provide you with expert clinical training and allow you to gain the necessary insight and experience to develop your clinical skills in the field of Occupational Health.

What’s in it for you?
A career in case management for Health Partners is rewarding and interesting. There is a great mix of cases you will be asked to work on so no two days are the same. A career in remote case management is one that we believe, affords you a good work / life balance.
