As an experienced Nurse from the NHS or private sector, you'll join the team at Field House as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) working 37.5 hours per week (12.5 hour shifts), where you will change lives for the better.

What you will be doing: 

As a qualified Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), you will ensure female adults with mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork. 

No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.  

Where you will be working: 
 
Location: Chesterfield Road, Shirland, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 7DT

You will be working at Field House and Apartments - a 16 bed specialist rehabilitation service for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder.

The service offers a blended model of rehabilitation that combines a traditional rehabilitation environment with single and dual occupancy apartments, to provide a seamless care pathway for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder and a history of trauma and/or attachment disorders.

You will work in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on positive risk taking which enables self-reliance and builds trust and self-esteem, with a focus on psychological input.
