Location – Central North West London NHS Trust

Responsible for assessment, formulation, prescribing and delivery of specialist treatment and intervention to children, young people, their families and carers with mental health problems on a defined case load.

• Responsibility for clinical decision making for patients on case load in relation to discharge of patients from treatment or referral on to other agencies
• Supporting the Team Lead in appraisal of other practitioners in the multidisciplinary team as appropriate.
• Supporting with standards of care, treatment and service provision, on an ongoing basis, through effective clinical effectiveness systems and processes.
