We work hard to support those that live in our homes, to build their own resiliance, sense of self and ability to connect with the world around them.

The role is primarily concerned being a good leader. The ideal candidate will be motivated, dynamic, assertive and will be able to develop a sense of ownership over the work that they do.

The role involves shift coordination, montoring, developing and supervising junior colleagues and supporting the team to follow care plans and risk assessments.

Experience working within Eating Disorders is ideal, but not a requirement. We are keen to recruit the right person most of all.

We work 7.5 hour shifts, across 7 days.

Early shift: 7.30am-3.30pm

Late shift: 2.30pm-10.3pm

Waking Night shift: 10pm-8am
