The Preceptorship Programme
Our nine-month Preceptorship programme is the next exciting career step for newly qualified nurses and practitioners. Those who are committed towards clinical excellence and passionate about delivering high-quality, holistic care. Recognising your achievements so far, this programme will develop your existing knowledge and skills. It will provide opportunities for you to attend residential workshops, gain insight from clinical experts, develop your clinical skills and receive coaching and mentoring from experienced clinicians. Most importantly, the programme enables you to become the best version of yourself by enhancing your ability to deliver exceptional patient care.

This blended learning programme will take you on a real career progression journey - including valuable exposure to our wellbeing centre's, so that you can experience first-hand, our connected way of working. We'll give you the tools, support and exposure to experts within our organisation, but you'll be in full control of your learning and your future, so you must have the motivation and drive to succeed. We expect your hard work and dedication and, in return, you'll have real job satisfaction, and reassurance that you'll be cared for the way you care for your patients.

Along with a competitive salary we will also pay your NMC/HCPC registration for the first year and provide you with a free gym membership to one of our Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing centre's. There is also the opportunity to rotate to other departments within the hospital to provide you with a rounded experience and a true understanding of a patients journey. There is also the opportunity to represent Nuffield Health as a programme ambassador at key clinical conferences throughout the year. Then to thank you for all of your hard work and dedication during your preceptorship with us there will be a programme completion salary uplift, amongst other attractive benefits.
