Theatre Clinical Practice Facilitator

  • Location – The Harley Street Clinic
  • Permanent and Full-time 37.5 hours

About the Role

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Practice Facilitator to join the Theatre team at The Harley Street Clinic. You will be an expert practitioner with highly specialised knowledge and advanced clinical practice experience in perioperative areas. In this role you will ensure the theatre practitioners and support staff are supported in maximising their potential in the Perioperative environment.  This will be through facilitating and assessing of competencies and identifying learning needs gaps and putting structures in place to meet those learning needs.  If this is your passion we would like to hear from you.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Registered Nurse Level 1 or Registered ODP
  • 5 years theatre experience at Senior Practitioner level
  • Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures
  • Recognised post graduate course in teaching and assessing
  • Experience in practice development
  • Mentorship Course
