The candidate agrees to have read in full, understood and accepted these T&Cs during registration and at any other time while using the site.
RCNi is entitled without notification to the candidate to make changes to the services at any time and will be solely responsible for determining the content and design of said services.
RCNi will not be held responsible for any failure of the site as a result of circumstances deemed to be beyond their reasonable control.
The candidate accepts that they will provide all necessary information so that rcnbulletinjobs can provide the services. rcnbulletinjobs.co.uk is not liable for any failure to provide any services as a result of the candidates’ failure to comply with the conditions.
The candidate accepts that they will not misuse and will keep confidential their password. That they are fully responsible for all uses of their registration.
The candidate agrees that they will not breech or attempt to breech the security of the rcnbulletinjobs website, and that they will not attempt to interfere with the proper workings of the site, post material that contains Trojan horses, viruses, or any other such computer programme.
The candidate agrees that they will only use the site lawfully.
Any delay or failure by RCNi in enforcing any of these conditions cannot be interpreted by the candidate as a waiver by RCNi of any of its rights.
These conditions and any contract into which these conditions are incorporated, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties will submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts:
RCNi cannot guarantee the frequency of the email alerts or the number of vacancies within the individual email alerts. The candidate accepts this and that there is no obligation on RCNi.
The candidate agrees that the details within their CV are true and accurate. RCNi reserves the right to suspend or remove the candidates CV if it comes to light that any information is false.
If the candidate consents to sharing their information and CV with recruiters who use rcnbulletin jobs means the candidates gives to RCNi:
a. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence of any rights, including intellectual property rights, in your CV and any additional information you provide to, to share or otherwise use such CV and additional information as we reasonably require to fulfil the services we provide on rcnbulletinjobs; and
b. the right to grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide sub-licence of any rights, including intellectual property rights, in your CV and any additional information you provide to us on the Jobs Website, to recruiters for their recruitment related activities.
The candidate has the right to consent whether or not their CV is shared with recruiters. The candidate has the right to close their account at any time and have their information and CV deleted from our database.
RCNi may suspend, remove or amend any CV where it is deemed that the CV or any other material used by the candidate is: obscene, menacing, illegal, sexist, immoral, racist, offensive, abusive, harassing or defamatory to another user or any other user, person or entity.
The candidate agrees that RCNi has the right to suspend, remove or decline to send any candidate’s CV or information.
The candidate agrees that RCNi has the right to report illegal or improper use of CV’s by the candidate to the clients without prior notice to the candidate.
The candidate agrees that if they make an application that they undertake to adhere to the following requirements: that they have read and understood the requirements specific to the vacancy they are applying for; that all information contained within the application is true and accurate pursuant to themselves.
RCNi reserves the right to suspend or remove the candidate’s application if it comes to light any information is false.
RCNi may suspend, remove, and amend any application that is obscene, illegal, immoral or offensive.
The candidate agrees that RCNi are not to be held responsible for the contents of advertisements.
The candidate agrees that RCNi cannot guarantee the safe arrival of an emailed/posted/couriered or other form of delivered application.
